We brought our 8-year-old cat in due to symptoms of asthma and upper respiratory infection. Beck (our vet tech) was wonderful as she came into the room fully informed of W’s medical history and was truly interested in understanding him. Dr. Sindoni was equally wonderful. She was gentle and kind in handling our stressed cat and took all the time needed to thoroughly examine, listen, and diagnose what was going on with him. After only three doses of medications, we are already seeing significant improvement in his overall wellbeing. Thank you to both Dr. Sindoni and Beck for being so supportive and caring for him.

This past Saturday September 26. We lost our baby girl Chloe 15 year old cat. 😪 Doctor Katelynn Gilbert and her team that day, were so caring and wonderful to atend to our sweet girl. Call them that morning they got her in quickly. So grateful that she didn't had to suffer 🙏 anymore. The Animal Hospital team are so caring and passionate about their work taking care of our pets. We highly recommend Animal Hospital.

Shippensburg Animal Hospital has Great Caring Staff. They are quite knowledgeable, detailed, and provide great total family (pet and parent) support. I have been using Shippensburg and their two sister locations Mount Rock and Allen Road for 5+ years. I have been supported by vets and staff rotating between locations and feel the total connected process really works for our rural area. Thank you all for the compassion, the follow-up and the overall knowledge you have and willingly share to keep our fur kids healthy. I first used them when they included an avian vet and then grew my feline family with their great care.

Always friendly and knowledgeable while also being considerate of financial constraints families may be under. They clearly love their work and interact great with the animals.

Wonderful first experience with our sweet Pixie's new vet office! Very kind, and knowledgeable staff, and Dr. Sindoni was wonderful! Highly recommend!

Dr. Pinney and his team were absolutely wonderful with my sweet guy. He had a lot of lumps removed, and he is still as happy as a clam. (Don’t worry, the cone is off just for modeling purposes.) Prior to surgery, Dr. Pinney took the utmost care in creating a plan that will help keep my buddy happy and healthy. Through the scariest of times, he provided reassurance and answered all of my anxious questions with such patience and sincerity. From the moment I dropped Jax off with Mandy on surgery day, I knew he was going to be in the best hands. She took time to listen to his needs and helped me mark every last lump. All while giving Jax the most love and affection. He felt like a star here! Behind the scenes, Shania was also providing the support, knowledge, and love you would hope for your most precious of babies. Janae, as always, was so friendly and helpful. When I first chose to switch to Allen Road, I knew we were in great hands. She shows a genuine joy seeing the pets come in and is very efficient in the check-in/checkout process. I would certainly recommend Dr. Pinney and his team at any of their locations!

The staff here is very patient and calm! From the first call I made with concerns about my dog’s pain/showing uncomfortable signs on a Saturday morning, she was very empathetic and kind. They were able to fit us in for a morning appointment, even though this is not our home vet and we’d be new clients. The vet tech and Dr. Sindoni were all very great!! They were patient with not only me, but with my very nervous dog who was in pain. I felt comfortable asking all my questions, and trust within them. I would highly recommend Shippensburg Animal Hospital and look forward to our next visit.

My dog has really bad anxiety especially when it comes to the vet. We have to give her meds before we come. She is a recuse so we don't know her story. Dr. Sindoni did an awesome job. My dog wasn't having it. Dr. Sindoni was so patient and gentle with her. She accomadated my dog's needs. I appreciate that.
